WHAT WAS ACHIEVED

In 2024, the "First Lesson of Resilience" reached more than 500 students in Lviv schools. The project continues, with another Lesson of Resilience for school students planned for 2026.

Children today are growing up during war, making knowledge about safety, mutual support, and compassion especially important. During interactive sessions, students discuss visible and invisible consequences of trauma, learn to better understand other people's needs, and explore how to offer support without stigma or overprotection.

The project's goal is not only to provide children with information, but also to nurture from an early age a culture of respect and thoughtful interaction with people whose experiences or physical abilities may differ from their own.
