Returning from military service often requires rethinking professional plans. For some veterans, the next step may be a new job, a career change, or developing their own business.

The Foundation team organized meetings between veterans and business representatives, experts, and mentors, where participants could learn about employment opportunities, career transition, and starting a business, ask practical questions, and exchange experience.

Professional self-realization is an important part of reintegration. Access to the business community, practical information, and different career pathways helps veterans make their own decisions about the next stage of their careers.
