WHAT WAS ACHIEVED
· Two additional floors completed and 40 modern patient rooms created;
· Inpatient capacity increased by 75 beds;
· 800+ patients receive improved services every day;
· Around 2,000 service members undergo rehabilitation each year;
· 20 rehabilitation specialists completed advanced training;
· Two professional forums brought together more than 600 participants.
The full-scale war sharply increased pressure on the treatment and rehabilitation system. To expand its capacity, the UNBROKEN Foundation, with support from partners, contributed to the large-scale reconstruction of the hospital at 25 Mazepa Street.
Adding two floors, renovating interior spaces, and creating new rehabilitation areas increased the number of places available for patients undergoing long-term recovery. The project also invested in professional capacity: 20 rehabilitation specialists completed advanced training, and two professional forums brought together more than 600 participants.
Today, more than 800 patients use improved services at the upgraded hospital every day, while around 2,000 service members undergo rehabilitation here each year.
