Modern medicine is evolving rapidly, while complex cases require continuous updating of knowledge and practical skills. Ukrainian medical teams need systematic access to up-to-date protocols, simulation-based training, and international professional experience.

The quality of medical care depends not only on modern equipment, but also on the knowledge and skills of the teams using it. Developing the professional capacity of healthcare teams is therefore one of the UNBROKEN ecosystem's key priorities.

UNBROKEN Medical School will be a place of continuous professional development for physicians, nurses, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals. It will host lectures, hands-on training, simulation-based learning, interdisciplinary programs, and international professional exchanges.

Training equipment will be used not only for education but also directly in patient care. An investment in the project therefore strengthens care today while building the system's professional capacity for the future.
